My wife and I could not be happier with the care my mom received while at Beverly Place. She lived there for about 3 years before going home to be with Jesus. The nursing manager Joy is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. My mom could be very difficult at times to take care of, but Joy always knew how to get her to take her showers or get her to eat. With my mom's dementia, she already thought she had eaten that day and hadn't, but the staff there could always get her to eat a little bit here and there.

My mother was a resident for 18 months. Care plan was never followed much less inforced, that is if they bring the correct file ( our 1st care plan meeting the wrong residents file was brought) I had to tell them it was wrong. Management is really pitiful there, a very nice facility just workers with no compassion or work ethic, floor managers are pathetic to say the least, you know when they are lying cause their mouth is moving. If your family member gets hurt & they will somewhere along the line, it will be the residents fault that's what I was told when my mother had to go to the ER, we were told 3 different stories. When my mother went into AFIB in there care, the doctor there made the choice not to send her to ER until 4 days later, the family was notified of the health issue 29 hrs later. My mother did pass in the hospital (miss her everyday) not a single person there ever called to say 'I'm sorry for your loss' we were not your ideal family, we visited often & seen alot of things that were wrong. Residents exposed, hungry, dirty & smelly. Theft is a big issue & it comes from the workers, cameras in the hall do not work & all employees know that. I had to give them a star on order to post. All I can say is visit, visit, visit. Have a blessed day

My grandmother was in here for a few months and they seem very friendly but the morning that my grandmother passed away they couldn't even be bothered to call and tell us, my mother had to call and then received a very cold response from an employee saying 'uh ya I have an update.. she's passed' whoever that person is definitely needs some training in compassion

My wife was a housekeeper there she did what she could do for the residents she was helpful and did what she could but was told by management that she basically need to do quantity instead of quality in my opinion the residents deserve a clean living environment and they deserve the best especially since they are paying good money to be there management needs to look at what their employees are doing to care for their residents instead of getting the job done no matter what

My mother was here 2 different times, they did not help her at all, she kept ending up in hospital and passed, even with therapy to walk, in two months she was still unable too walk, I do not reccomend this place at all, if you do please retain a lawyer!!
