My aunt was there after her hip repair. Lucy made the process of getting her admitted very smooth and stress free. The therapy team was nothing but amazing. She would get so excited when she would progress and on days that she didn't they trouble shot to see how to prevent any decline. For example her pain was effecting therapy so they scheduled it an hour prior to therapy and she could do better. She could not stop going on about how good the food was there. The cook was so personal with her and treated her like family spoiling her with good treats. She made a huge impression on all of us. The aides there were hands down the best. Special thank you to some of the nurses. Like with anywhere there were some nurses that should probably not do that as a profession but the amazing nurses made up for the bad apples. Maintenance Jason is a huge asset too. He made sure her room was taken care of and had a great personality to go with it. Thank you all so much and if you want your family to progress in rehab this is the place to go

My Uncle spent his last days here in this facility. Staff sweet and treated all the family well.

Great for residents, terrible for employees. Do not work here if you can help it. The nursing department is treated well, as are the housekeeping, office, and kitchen staff, but please do not apply to be a caregiver. The boss over the caregivers 'J' and his assistant 'H' are not individuals I would wish to work for again. My coworkers kept getting back and shoulder injuries from performing as instructed on the job, yet (allegedly) when they brought doctors notes into J's office stating they either had to take a break or had to be on restrictions, they were not honored. The employees were expected to perform at the same level despite an on the job injury unless they went through worker's compensation like I did. If you must be a caregiver here, please be sure to take as good care of yourself as you do the clients. God knows your bosses will not take care of you. The caregiving department was understaffed, yet more help was not hired.
