I came to Elmcroft as the new Executive Director in March 2020. I am returning to my home town after 50 years. I am blessed to be here. My expectations of the staff is very high I must admit. AS is our residents expectations of me to deliver high quality care and support. I do not have any comments about the past however, I do have an open door policy. I am always available to speak frankly about Elmcroft of Jackson - today.

I have been a resident of Elmcroft for two years and I would not consider being anywhere else. This is my home and I enjoy everyday here. The staff has really become part of my extended family and I truly love them and they love me. All my needs are met in a timely way and I have no hesitation in recommending Elmcroft to you or to your family member. This is assisted living as it was meant to be.
