Terribly understaffed. The food is aweful! Equipment in need of repair. Rooms not clean especially bathrooms. Stars and kudos to the staff. They do the best they can considering they are spread much too thin.

I'm a private caregiver at Golden Living. Now Water of Clinton.ive worked in many nursing homes and this is the best. I gave it a five star because the staff does a wonderful job. They have many activities to do for the ones that wish to do them. The patient I take care of I don't have to worry when I'm not there. They take very good care of the patient. The food is good. It is clean and we'll maintain. The staff is very kind and loving. Good job Waters of Clinton.

There under staffed badly. Everyone leaving because company don't won't to pay over time. But they will work your butt to the GROUND! I'm employed there and there are really nice people there but it not worth the stress. You pull your weight along with other weight. I would say is not child friendly because they don't care if you have kids or not they want to work 24 7 and put your own family aside that's not right I'm a mother to 5 boys and I'd have to say if I new what u do no I would have keep looking because I can work but only on mornings witch I do not get to most of the tine really I have a small child and baby sitters are not cheep at all. Honestly it dosent not pay enough for the work you do and I mean you FREAKING WORK YOUR ASS OFF!
