I was at Hickory Valley Retirement this evening. I ate in the dining room. Oh my, the food was great. The chicken parmesan was comparable to Olive Garden. The garlic mashed potatoes were hand made and delicious. The banana pudding was also made fresh and the best I have had in a long time. Every staff person I came across greeted me with a smile and very nice words. Definitely felt home-like and is very beautifully kept in every way. Love it.
