BrightStar Care of Chattanooga

You only got 1 star because I can't give you -5. Since the management change this company has gone way down hill. They were hired because we had heard nothing but great things. 9/10 times the caregivers were late (I don't mean 5-10 mins. It was 30-45 minutes at minimum). Twice NO ONE at all showed up! Every other night was a new girl. We hardly ever knew who was coming to the home. Their rate is ridiculous considering what they have been paying the employees (Charging $21+/hr and paying out $9/hr). We were overcharged on our invoices (charged for when the girls were SUPPOSED to be there instead of when they ACTUALLY showed up). The whole experience has been awful. In families times of need you are supposed to be there for them. You shouldn't be making their lives harder and more complicated. You are supposed to be there to HELP.. absolutely uncalled for. * If by 'resolved' you mean we fired you, then yes it was 'resolved'.*

My family and I are super pleased with the care that BrightStar has provided. Our caregivers have always gone above and beyond their normal duties. They are professional, patient, and the quality of care they provide is simply outstanding!

I have been so impressed with the BrightStar Care of Chattanooga staff. They have been wonderful with my grandfather and have given me a peace of mind knowing he is in good hands.

Finally a home care service in Chattanooga that puts the customer and their needs first! I went through three bad experiences with other agencies in town before finding BrightStar. I wish BrightStar would have been my first and only call. The caregivers have been excellent and very professional.
