THE CLIENTS ARE GREAT INDIVIDUALS THE STAFF IS REALLY Lazy and MESSY and very unprofessional and unorganized . THIS IS NO PLACE FOR ANYONE TO WORK PASS 3 months it gets stressful and out of hand . They don't solve problems they indulge and makes things worse .. I will never place this job on my resume and I've been doing this type of work for over 6years really bad experience .. no1 actually take the time to review this job because they don't care but when you play with my money it's a different story. They will hire you telling you there's a shift differential and they have no idea the times of the differential when the pay changes start or end. They will not pay you what you worked for. Then out of no where they are giving out bonus when the electric bill is too high to pay now staff has to sit in the dark during night/2nd shift. They keep playing with people and people are quiting now it's only two shifts. When state gets a call they start renewing items that should have been renewed regardless. They get buddy buddy with you then lie to you and use your kindness for weak. CHOOSE YOUR WORKPLACE WISELY MUR-CI HOMES NOT THE PLACE TO WORK OR DEPEND ON ..

Shady management practice. Massive employee turn over. i want to rate this work place negative if allowed. Staff loves residents and cares for them the most. Management is horrible especially nursing. It would be a great experience to serve this client but working for this management is putting your license on line. Severely under staffed. Proverb Nurses eat their young comes very true here. Experience yourself with management. Do not waste your time here working, if you can wait and pick the best opportunity available. There is plenty of jobs out there if you're willing to work.

The caregivers go above and beyond for their clients. Whenever a client goes to the hospital a caregiver stays with them 24/7. The clients live a life full of love and respect in this environment. Our family is so thankful for Mir-co Homes.
