Been living here just over 2 years. The staff is friendly and I've never met harder working maintenance people. The staff is quick to reply to any of my concerns. The location is perfect. I have a great view of the forest. And the price is fair. My only complaint is that sometimes the hallways smell like dirty B*Holes. And there's no elevator.
