Employees are treated very poorly, and they are consistently shorthanded which directly affects quality of life for their residents.

I can't say enough great things about this place. The therapy gym is huge! The people are nice, the rooms are nice, they had soft serve ice cream available 24/7 (which my grandpa loved) and I could tell that the staff there are really there to care for people. I would highly recommend Fountain Springs to anyone needing care for their loved one.
