They have taken excellent care of my aunt for over 20 years. I would have her no where else!

I witnessed numerous times where residents would ring for help and the people at the front desk would ignore their calls. I heard a woman crying after waiting over 15 minutes for someone to answer her request for help and finally stopped at the front to tell the person and the person acted annoyed by it. The facility looked clean but that was the only positive I can say about it. They were uncaring to my family member who lived there. They ignored calls for help. Things were stolen from my family member. There were times my family member had bruises and bumps that were not explainable. Go anywhere but here.

My grandmother was here for the last 2 years of her life. I feel terrible that she had to spend it here because she was not being taken care of properly. We tried to keep her in her house but she kept having falls so we thought by bringing her into a nursing home we wouldnt have to worry anymore. Multiple times when I went to visit my grandmother she said they wouldnt help her get dressed & she was still in her pajamas. When she grew too weak they wouldnt help her to try to eat her food. They placed it in front of her out of reach. She had multiple falls under their care. When we would ask the staff about every instance their reply was that theyre under staffed & trying the best that they can. Isnt that what a nursing homes job is, to take care of the people that are in there? If not why are they getting payed? Looking back, I wouldnt take my grandma to live out her final days here. She mine as well have lived on her own since no one was there to make sure she was taken care of.
