This place takes so advantage of the Elderly people they take care of ... they charge the elderly 2 and 1/2 times more than the people they hire.... they make the elderly pay for all their mileage and they force you to take way more hours than what is requested.....it is cheaper to be in a Nursing home for 24 hours a day than it is to have them come into your home for just 6-8 hours a day.......

They helped take care of my mom for about 6 years. We wouldn't have been able to keep her home without their help every day. The caregivers were very knowledgeable and professional. They took a lot of weight off our shoulders as the family, and the office staff was very helpful every time we called.

I was working with a private caregiver for my mom, but she was sick or unavailable quite often and I was fearing I would have to quit my job to care for my mom full time. The private caregiver also accepted gifts from my mom that I thought was inappropriate.I walked into Home Instead and was immediately greeted by their staff that listened to my frustrations and assured me that they would have the backup available and their caregivers would be insured for damages and work comp.This set my mind at ease and this was 1 year ago today. I am so happy I walked into their office. My mom loves the 2 girls that come and it has been wonderful to be able to feel comfortable while I am at work or taking care of my own family. I couldn't be happier with my moms care!
