People complain about this place but you all should remember who took care of your loved one when you NEVER did. You all should remember who put you through C.N.A class, or made you a med aide, or manager when no one else believed in you. The management here does everything-they do management work, aide work, floor work, kitchen work. They get up from their desks and help on the floor when they are asked or when they are not asked. Most of the staff here has been here for years and they have a purpose. So you can talk bad about this place but remember you do not take care of your own loved one, you no longer work there because you were no following the rules and trying to retaliate is for uneducated, simple minded people. Thank you Palisade for doing what most people wouldn't and for working hard everyday!!! IT has become a better place and they are striving to continue to be better. No nursing home or hospital is a perfect place to work not even Burger King.

Beautiful place for your loved one. They took very good care of my family member. Staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great environment! The director and staff members were very helpful with any questions I had. Very friendly people and overall a great experience. I recommend this place if you want your family members to be greatly taken care of.

Do NOT take your loved one here. Their director was so rude and condescending and our family member was not given the care needed. 2 medical issues took place under their care and they were quick to place the blame elsewhere. 3 months of hellWhat a terrible experience.

As a past employee, it is heartbreaking how they 'care' for residents and also throw staff under the bus. After 1 month I could no longer handle the disgraceful treatment of these res. No baths for 16 days, put to bed in clothes. Skin breakdowns, no emergency supplies. Udderly rediculous. DON and administration just there to squeak by. This is just a tidbit of what went on there. Death row would be better.
