Jenni-Lynn Assisted Living

I use to work at Jenni Lynn dont get me wrong when i say i loved and cared for every resident there was in the building. I loved my ex co-wokers but when it comes down to Management they are horrible I wouldnt encourage nobody to get a job there only get payed $10.00 a hr $11.00 if you a med tech $13.00 if you a CNA. They play with payroll some days you get your money on time & somedays you dont management is so unprofessional they play around with your hrs its just the worst from the executive director on down the line.

It's a shame when a ex employee who was obviously not a very happy person gets fired from their job and then chooses to spread blatant lies about her ex employer in a online forum. No class!!! 'Jane Doe' . People talk and that's how I found your review. I just wanted to see it for myself. My mother has lived at this 'facility' and I can assure the public that this person who hides behind 'Jane Doe' is very immature and doesnt care about about what she does or who she hurts. I would take legal actions if i were management at Jenni Lynne. #GodDoesNotLikeUGLYSincerely,Jane Doe #2

This place deserves zero stars and to be permanently shut down. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility. Management is virtually non existent. Employees come to work whenever they feel like it and majority do not care about the residents. Residents are not a priority at this facility. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are infested with roaches and spiders. The decor is extremely outdated which results in a gloomy atmosphere as soon as you set foot in the building. Residents reek of urine and fecal matter. Many residents are left in their soiled briefs for hours before someone changes them. 90% of the staff are not certified to work with these residents. They do not practice proper hand washing techniques when changing residents. Majority of the residents are not assisted living material and need to be in a skilled nursing facility. Residents do not get a hot meal every night, mostly finger food with little or no nutritional value. Very little laundry detergent is used to wash residents clothes resulting in unclean laundry. Employees are known to sleep with residents family members which is extremely unprofessional. If you are thinking about letting a family member move in to this place please reconsider. DHEC needs to shut this place down. They do not care about their employees at ALL. I would not refer anyone to Jenni-Lynn.
