Buyer beware. Unfortunately I was not able to be here during construction. Make sure you stay on top of things during construction. Polite needs to slow down and build quality not quantity homes. There are issues that Im still working through since the end of January. I also recently learned that the fireplace I desperately wanted in the middle of the family room wall wasnt available but a few months later my neighbors have it in my same model. I was told several times that any changes I want to make inside that werent in the model couldnt be done because these are not custom houses. Pulte constuction quality on our house is very poor. We had constuction issues since day one, which is why I call it a house and not our home. The community will be nice and the neighbors winderful. However, with construction people coming and going every week, some times daily, to correct the many many construction issues we have experienced continuous anxiety and frustration. While Pulte has made repairs, the lack of construction quality is a black eye on its reputation in my mind. We built a Pulte home in Sun City Festival AZ; also a senior community. We moved into our house and from day one and for the following ten years there were no issues with the quality of construction. What happened between AZ and SC is shameful.SARAH from Pulte, I received your reply. I would like to discuss the many many issues we have experienced with you directly. How can I contact you?
