Nothing lower than one star. Apparently you don't need any particular skills to do skilled positions at this place. Mismanaged, unskilled staff, no dietary needs met, meals are awful and tasteless I wouldn't send a sick animal to this place let alone a loved one. For the price that this place charges for care I would expect to at least have staff that knows what they are doing. Medication errors are ridiculously off the charts. Registered sex offenders are not monitored at all. Residents are not taken to the store to do their own personal shopping which is probably due to the very poorly maintained vehicles. The owner of the facility and her 2 people directly below her are raking in a fortune while the residents receive abhorrent care at best. Why the state of Idaho doesn't shut this place down is beyond comprehension. If you care even a little tiny bit for your loved one please don't put them in that place.
