Awful experience. Had my loved one in for a two week respite in the memory care. Staff is not adequately trained in the care of dementia/ Alzheimers patients. The memory care unit was not properly secured which was evidenced by my loved one wandering out an unlocked court yard gate and also an unsecured window. Dinner On the weekend was served at 330 pm - the next meal would not be until 7or 8am for breakfast. Not in compliance with state regulations. Promises made on admission not carried through. Communication with management was lacking - messages left regarding concerns went unanswered. The list goes on... do not recommend.

Thoughtful senior care in a beautiful new building. Best food of the six assisted living facilities I visited in the area. Open layout memory care with residents from early stage to more severe. Low staff turnover. Connection with NHC makes for easy transitions into and out of higher levels of care.
