The place itself is nice. The nurses are great but the admissions person we dealt with was horrible! On the phone she could not have been more helpful but on move in day she was so RUDE. So rude in fact I had to say something to her. My mother and myself were extremely uncomfortable with the way we were being treated. It was as if we were talking to a different person. All of a sudden all of her compassion and support for the situation at hand went out the window! Then we decided to leave it got much worse! she did not acknowledge my mother at all nor did she respond to any messages I left. Just on her behavior Alone I would NOT recommend this place. Any establishment that puts this woman in charge of her new is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

I work here. Since I've started last year I've had no problems with anyone. Residents and staff are very pleasant.

I found most of the staff rude and unfriendly but there were a couple of staff members that took care of mom that were friendly. The dining room was not clean and bugs in chandeliers and tables needed cleaning.. I found my mother's room had a awful spell and needed cleaning. I realize they may be short staff but they could do much better

Went to visit my great Aunt last week. Everyone was so nice and my Great Aunt loves it here. This warms my heart.
