My dad was a patient for 2 months until his death of natural causes at the age of 97. The staff was attentive to him and supportive of the family. Due to COVID-19 the facility was put on lockdown two weeks after he was placed there. Daddy lost his flip phone and was unable to operate the smartphone we sent him so we were totally dependent on the staff in order to communicate with him. They would check his phone and assist him with callbacks. One staff member gave me her cell number and told me to call it because she was taking her phone to my dad so I could speak with him When he was put in hospice the staff was attentive to family during his last days. I am grateful to the staff at Pruitt Health Moncks Corner for taking care of my dad.
