Understaffed. Very time I asked for help I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Father was to receive Rehab while there. They didn't have time for that. Took arguing with staff to get them to take him out of bed and place him in a chair. I watched them move him with a lift and they didn't have him secured properly in the harness and I had to stop them before they broke his ribs. My father was here for 3 weeks. He couldn't feed himself on his own. They would bring him food but do not assist him to eat. If Family wasn't there to feed him he didn't eat. I have seen animals receive better treatment. There are ants on the floor eating food that has been there for days.

An absolutely HORRIBLE place. Nurses have closed the door on my uncle while he was choking on his drink. Good thing he wasn't actually choking. Also, employees complain constantly, and it's very hard to get anybody to answer the phone. No wonder people hate living there..
