As a CNA I will tell everyone I dont ever speak out against most things, but without a doubt this is the worst facility I have ever been in. The staff I encountered was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I was there to see a hospice pt. and always found them wet and miserable. The CNA that would be assigned to her would have the worst attitude when all I would ask of her was to assist me in getting the pt up in the bed. I wouldnt want my family members there from my experience.

This place takes a tie with worst places ever along with Magnolia Manor in Inman. Seeing a nurse tie someone in their wheelchair to the hand rail on the wall was one thing. Being the only CNA on the floor with 38 patients was another. Only on day shift is there decent care and that's not saying much. The head lady is a crook and a neglectful one at that. The only other night shift CNA had been arrested for drinking and driving. Shes still there. Luckily the nurse isnt. Still, I wouldnt step foot back into that place. I sure wouldnt send my loved ones there.If I were the family member of the Veteran (in a separate review) I'd sue the pants off this place.

They took my mother's money it's been a year I still haven't heard or seen anything it was her own personal money .she died why she was a resident .they bunch of crooks.
