Emereald gardens aint hitting on nothing all they worry bout is the residents back on AL side they dont never do anything with memory care residents I wouldnt take my dog there cause there very understaff and theres only 2 people on 3rd shift that try to run back and fourth but in the process thats how everybody keep falling its a very clean place in some areas but theres ants and spiders in the building.

Our Mom loves living at Emerald Gardens the past few years. The entire staff, director (Michael) and especially Nurse (Cynethia) does a great job. So attentive and professional. All the residents seemed very happy and attended to very well. They do a great job with the activities.

The staff has done a wonderful job of caring for my father. I live out of state and I can rest easy knowing that he is in good hands. I greatly appreciate everything that Cynethia has done to assist our family. She goes above and beyond!

My mom has been a resident at Emerald Gardens for two years. She has had excellent care and made many friends with the staff. Recently Ive had the opportunity to see just how kind, compassionate, caring and efficient they are. My mom had some health issues from mid November until the end of December when she was able to return home as she calls it. I had numerous concerns/questions and issues to resolve. Cynethia Allison, Resident Care Director and Michael Patterson, Executive Director made this go smoothly for her and our family. I really cant say enough good things about their professionalism combined with care and compassion. I would highly recommend Emerald Gardens ASL to anyone looking for a family atmosphere for their loved one. They truly care!
