We dont have the issues other people have bc we visit FREQUENTLY, are in contact with all providers, and have found the staff to be attentive. The stress of senior care is equivalent to public education. You have to do your part instead of acting like paid professionals can be family surrogates. They cant. The parking lot should always be full of visitors, it is not. The Senior Prom was the most visitors Ive ever seen.

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely awful place with careless staff that dont follow the care plans given. They arent brushing his teeth, arent showering him, arent getting him active, they didnt even know he wore glasses and hes been there over a year! This has been an ongoing problem and management doesnt care when confronted. Hello state, I'm on the way to schedule an investigation and possible law suit for neglect now that he has an infection caused from uncleanliness!

Nica Floyd and Jason Plamer and staff were super friendly allthough i do not have realitives in assisted living at elmcroft after visiting for 3 days i would have no reserve having any family member of mine staying there from what I can see they offer top notch professional services to all their residents and it's super clean with stands out big league I could rest assure my family members would be in great hands at elmcroft in Florence take care guys and God bless
