Outstanding service. Our home health aide was extremely professional, caring, and proactive. Support from the Brightstar owner and office staff was equally professional. Would highly recommend Brightstar of Hilton ahead.

Name changed due to fact that we are still stuck with them. No one showed up 1st day, and a few months later no one showed all weekend. Never got an explanation; nor apology. Their caregivers are mostly wonderful but are never prepped before arrival with a new client. They are almost always late and often leave early. There is poor scheduling - one never knows in advance who will show up, IF they will show up or IF they are ready to care for the patient. Would NEVER recommend

We were looking for a reliable home care for parents and BrightStar seemed to be the answer. However no one showed up the very first day and the excuse was the person called in sick. The next 4 days they showed up and were great. Now today no one showed up again so we called and the answering machine picked up. They advertise as open 24/7 but no one answered. Reliability is key for home healthcare and BrightSar is failing.
