Very dissatisfied. My mother has been there almost a week and have not gotten to speak with anyone about her and I am her medical power of attorney. I have left 2 messages and no return calls. I am very upset. The rooms are very small and the staff is rude. The rooms are hard to find. My mom doesn't like it. I am glad she will be coming home with me next week. They were shocked to hear she was leaving in rehab where I left one message for the social worker to call me.

My mom was a patient on there rehab unit. From the time she arrived until she completed her therapy everyone kept my mom and I updated on her progress from the therapy department to the wonderful nursing team. My mom walked off the unit on her last day. I never thought she would have had such a huge improvement in such a short time. The food was excellent, and staff was very patient with helping her create her weekly meal choices, it was as if she was at a buffet with all the options. If I ever had to send a loved one to rehab again I would choose Brookdale of Anderson.

Wife was there for rehab following hip surgery. Wife is very alert, not senile and always checked her Meds when the nurse brought them to her. TWICE she was brought another patient's medication. We checked out. Went to AnMed Rehab. Difference is night and day between the two facilities.
