Do not recommend working here! Roaches have been seen in the dining room because of food on floors not being cleaned after dinner, unlicensed personal care assistance taking care of residents who should be in skilled care, your lunch is unpaid but you're on call for your lunch, management is always treating employees unfairly! They do not regard residents rights will make workers force residents out of bed when they say they don't to get up yet, give pills out while residents are in the dining room which is against HIPPA, they do not care for the well being of their employee's you have the flu? Get to work or it's a write up since doctors notes are not accepted, residents and employee's constantly use and unsafe elevator where many people have been stuck on it! This place is just horrible!
