Brightview Devon (Now Open) - Senior Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Care

BrightView Devon Senior Living has been an amazing move for my parents. Since October of 2018 , we have been continually impressed and pleased with everything they have to offer. The word 'community' really takes on a new meaning for me now. It feels like a large extended family of residents ,caregivers , directors,and all the wonderful employees we have encountered thus far. Most importantly, my mother is very happy to be there and is enjoying all they have to offer. She is happier now than when she was in her own home struggling with day to day management for herself and my father. We have gone through a lot since October: including the passing of my father, mom requiring hospitalization , and the latest struggle with the pandemic. From our very first encounters with Megan Z. introducing us the community and decision making, up to present.....everything has exceeded expectations.Dr. Ho and his team along with the BV nursing staff are very attentive and on top of all things 'medical'. It was one of our best decisions to make Dr. Ho their 'primary' MD. He is there and sees patients 3 days per week (or more). He is very knowledgeable and also compassionate in his practice.Stephanie and her AMAZING team of caregivers are always a step ahead and there to assist with a smile ! Erich O. and his vibrant living staff go above and beyond to provide fun, appropriate and engaging activities ~~~always with a positive attitude!! Even with the current social distancing restrictions in place, there are innovative and creative activities available. I do not want to forget Gene and all his dining staff , Chef 'Q', Jon of maintenance, and Michelle and Co. in housekeeping. Director Adam , Janice and the Concierge staff are top of the line in what they do! I hope I have not forgotten anyone-The staff has always been available and willing to assist with any issues that have come up.... offering support, suggestions and guidance along the way. Obviously, I can't say enough GREAT things about BrightView Devon!

Brightview is a beautiful facility with a caring, attentive and friendly staff. Its been a difficult year, losing Mom and trying to find a caring place for Dad to settle in. After moving into a few other locations, we discovered Brightview. I cant say enough about the way they embraced my Dad and provided the happy, lively environment he deserves and Mom would want for him. Excellent.

We love Brightview Devon! My father moved to Brightview from a very large senior living community in August and we couldn't be HAPPIER! The staff is attentive and caring, the size is perfect, the resident's are friendly and welcoming, the activities are varied and everything about it is... great!

No staff and has no regards for people they hire. Your just a body. They dont even train you. They hire you and expect you to know what to do. Youll get hired for one position but have to work 3 other ones. Employees are working 200 hrs a pay period. As fast as they hire you theyll fire you and dont even have workers. I wouldnt recommend you waste your time at this in particular Brightview (Devon)

This is a new facility that shows beautifully. From the moment you walk in, its evident youre in a comfortable, caring, artfully designed environment. Comfy but with a refined, modern, warm aesthetic. Its very welcoming and quite beautiful. Its also head and shoulders above every other retirement and memory care facilityand weve looked at a LOT. Beyond showing beautifully, thoughby far the best partare their employees. The concierge, management, maintenance, and especially the loving employees who provide daily care... Ive yet to meet one who isnt warm-hearted, professional, and sincerely caring about the residents. They anticipate needs. They are gracious. They are kind. They are patient. They are the gold standard.Dont deliberate. Dont equivocate. Come visit. Youll see what Im taking about.
