True story. Look at the details of this place. Like a say there are so many issues with this place. Briefs left in the rooms and have spoil stuff in them. Place hides up things very well. I would really look into this place more if your mom or dad is living there. Just saying u think they care about your family. Lol they care about one thing. How to save money. They don't care about anything else. Head Management will sell you anything to get you in the door. Just saying watch out for the lies.

Really nice place. But who writes a review about themselves and answers it. Honestly could just be a mistake. But I actually know thier ED and Dow. This isn't something that they would of done. Good people working there, but owner needs to trust people that he hires. I work there awhile ago and was trying to apply back there. But if the owner is doing things like this. Then I'll stay away. Thanks.

I remarkably terrible experience. BE careful!!!I interviewed at this company in the past. Before I had applied here I had a wonderful successful job as a loan officer making wonderful money. I also owned a Amazon business precious to this experience. Let me start by saying they are very disorganized. I had to come back and interview four times with the owner, Brett, Nathan ,and Danielle. Between my first and second interview they had delayed my interview four times because the office was not ready. Finally I had gotten the job after many drives and interviews because of their disorganization. They even forgotten that I was coming in for and interview one time.However I got the job and I sold my amazon business and stopped working as a loan officer to dedicate all of my time to helping people. However I was delayed three times to work (4 months with no income waiting on them) .They then even delayed me an additional month. I missed income for almost 6 months loyally waiting for this company. It was even a decrease in pay . I was motivated and committed. Come to find soon that they never contact me and I get a TEXT MESSAGE . No call or email informing me why they were giving me the shoe. They had done this to even the previous employee Danielle. It was not just me.The crazy thing is I considered putting a family member here. Never would I ever. I lost six months of income, and I reached out multiple times in numerous ways to get ignored. Unprofessional , illiterate, unkind, Mal informing employees. I would be surprised to receive a response to this. I give 0 stars I could only mark a 1 but I want to be clear about the 0!!!!RuN!!!! My mom has been a resident here for nearly two months and we are very happy with her care. The staff is attentive and really looks out for her. It is a state-of-the-art facility with local owners always on site - and you dont get that in most other places. I had worried the place was too new but my mom gets plenty of extra attention as the community grows. I did a lot of research to find the right place and am glad we found our way to Bristol House!
