I'm leaving this review because of them losing MJ the Nurse. I'm hiding my name because my mom is in the facility and scare that they will harm her. The ED never explain to myself why MJ left. My feeling is that she wasn't being heard and her efforts wasn't notice. When you lose an important position stuff starts falling apart. Management is very lazy and besides Patrick. Only reason why I say this is because the other office managers eat lunch every day for hours and when there is a real issues. They rather eat then solve issues. I stop in with my issues and they are at lunch. One day I waited for hours and still no answer. I don't understand it. Why does ownership allow these things to happen. Thanks

The staff is friendly and helpful, the community is always providing fun activities and the residents are welcoming to new members of the 'family' -and the best part is that the food is over the top great!

I have a dear friend who's mother in law is at Kyffin Grove. She has been a resident there for over 5 years. Until recently her father was also a resident but has since passed. She raves about the care, kindness, supportive staff and loving environment.

My mother was there for almost 4 1/2 years. The first 3 years were fine when it was the Solana, but when they changed ownership and it became Kyffin Grove, care slowly declined. My mother's room was very dirty, activities stopped, they stopped taking 2nd floor residents out for monthly lunches, very high staff turnover, her personal hygiene declined because she did not receive the help she needed on a daily basis. It is appalling when you are paying almost $6,000 per month to receive inadequate care for someone with dementia.
