THE BUILDING AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURES WAS CLEAN EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED DURING THE WEEK THERE WERE VERY NICE ESPECIALLY THE DAYSIDE NURSE WORKING 101 -102 SIDE WAS AWESOME THE NURSE or LPN WHO WORKED NIGHTS WERE ATTENTIVE. BUT OVERNIGHT & WEEKENDS WELL THATS A DIFFERENT STORY I WAS THERE JUST HAD LEFT HIP REPLACED WHEN I NEEDED MY PAIN MEDS YOU EITHER WAITED TILL NURSE FELT LIKE GIVING THEM TO YOU SO FOR 7 NIGHTS EVERY 4 HOURS I WOULD HAVE TO GET UP OUT OF BED & WHEELCHAIR IT DOWN TO NURSES STATION TO GET IT. A WEEKEND DAYSIDE HELP BROUGHT ME A TRAY BASICALLY THROWING IT ON TRAY KNOCKED OVER CUP OF HOT TEA SPLASHED ON ME NOT EVEN AN OOPS OR APOLOGY SHE DIDNT CLEAN THE TEA OFF THE FLOOR I DID WHEN I NOTIFIED HER SUPERIOR SHE SAID SHE TOLD ME I WOULD BE BACK TO CLEAN IT UP WHICH WAS A LIE SHE CAME BACK BECAUSE HEAD NURSE CAME IN TO SEE ME & STILL NO APOLOGY.SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED .THE REHAB WAS OK REHAB NURSE NANCY WAS GREAT. TO THE OWNER DO AN UNDERCOVER BOSS YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF FOR I ONLY STAYED 7 DAYS BECAUSE THIS WAS END OF FEB 28 -MAR 6 I WANTED OUT BEING NURSING HOME/ REHAB DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH COVID-19 COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A SMART MOVE ........

I was there after knee surgery . The place was excellent ,the care was the best i have ever had in a facility or hospital. The P T unit got me to where i am today after 2 1/2 weeks , i am so happy

My mother came here for rehab to help change her condition. Instead she was ignored whenever she asked for help. When she complained of shortness of breath she was given Benadryl. When she continued to express the seriousness of the matter she was ignored. She had to call 911. She was transferred to St. Lukes and diagnosed with influenza, pneumonia and MRSA. She died within days. Words cant express the Contempt that I have for this facility and its staff members. Words cant express the Contempt that I have for this facility and its staff members. Im sure theyll try and express remorse online for the general public to see but when confronted about this while my mom was still alive they were non apologetic and completely defended there actions.
