We have found the services of BriteStar Care of Stroudsburg to be outstanding. The team of care givers taking care of my mom have been professional, compassionate and made a difference in her stroke recovery. The team of Amy M, Ivy L, Mimi J, Yolanda I, Lynn J, Susan M, Mackenzie S and Colleen M, to a person have made a difference in the remaining time my mom has left. Brightstar is a great agency! From their administration staff to the aides that have been helping to care for my father now for several months while he is in a skilled nursing facility. From the start we were blessed to have Mackenzie S. who was amazing, going above and beyond. Besides her loving and caring ways she was instrumental in taking the initiative to add to my fathers care and bringing new ideas that are still being used. She is hardworking and her willingness to help her co-workers has lead to another amazing women Shana.T. Shana has been another blessing. She is outstanding, hardworking and goes above and beyond as well, staying ahead of all my fathers needs and making sure they are being meet asap! She is responsible, dependable and extremely helpful. She keeps me well informed. She is truly my eyes and ears and my fathers voice! She is also instrumental in helping her co-workers so things are transparent for the next shift. Our other two aides that are also doing a wonderful job at caring for my dad are Tonya S. who is very responsible, dependable, caring, knows my dad well and picks him up daily from daycare. Our new comer Charlene C. is also very responsible, dependable and has been a great addition. She brings lots of experience to our wonderful care-giving team . We are lucky to have such a great group of ladies.They all really care for my dad and love their job. We greatly depend on them!

Very pleased, very reliable. Steady caregivers once youre on board. We use this agency for our elderly Mom with limited mobility. I have to say, my Moms three caregivers treat her like she is family. She loves all three, Shannon, Remi and Shirley. They all go above and beyond their duty of general care giving. They all took the time and effort to learn her needs and interests. They look for things that interest her to enrich her life and make her circumstance a little brighter. They have brought her home-made meals when family members have been out of town. They have brought her fresh produce from their gardens. Knowing the genre she likes, they found her a series she came to love on Netflix. They share their family lives and happenings which she truly enjoys. They all brought her small meaningful gifts for her Birthday. During the summer months, my Mom loves to sit on her deck and watch the birds at her feeders. One care giver took a beautiful picture of a bird eating at her feeder. She printed and framed a copy for my Moms Birthday. What a creative personal reflection for Mom to remember enjoy all winter!These ladies are real gems who are not only enthusiastic about the care they deliver, but also care about what makes their patients day more pleasurable.
