Lets judge Sinclair by its majority reviews I see. I see many happy family members who love how well the residents are treated. Thats whats most important. Judge not any owner but only his or hers finished product. Note to owner: treat your employees as if they were the only hands you have helping you breath to live. They are your bread basket! But your stars are your reputation. Keep your employees happy and youll find your residents become better cared for.
