The staff at Scranton Manor has always treated me well and been friendly each time I have visited a family friend here. It is a clean and well cared for facility. Our family friend is very content and at home here.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for Scranton Manor. A lifelong friend of mine is living here and loves it! Before moving to this home, he was not in a good place and if it wasnt for this Administrator helping us, I dont know what he and we would have done. The staff have been so giving and kind. Thank you for giving our friend a place to truly call home again.

My family and I toured here and another one of your facilities on Boulevard Avenue. This facility while seeming a little bit older than the other did have staff that greeted us in a warmer way and the Administrator here did our tour herself. I like that the Administrator told us we can't tour too many times and sat with us for awhile. We will be looking to place our loved one in the early summer and as long as his mental deficits don't decline any farther, we will be calling Scranton Manor back without a doubt. Thank you to the kind folks there. We appreciate your warm and kind efforts.

Positive experience here with my mother in law. Hard working staff, educated Administrator and Care Director. I like the Medical Director, Dr. Kurtzer. The Activity Director, Paul is friendly and a great musician. I feel this is a well maintained facility that may be overlooked due to its busy location in Scranton. Glad we chose it.

This facility is extraordinary. The employees go above and beyond for my family member. They truly exceed all expectations and are so so gentle and kind. The administrator was nothing but lovely and made the hard process of having to place your loved one so very easy. She is also very compassionate and made me feel so comfortable with this decision. I no longer have any worries and I know my loved one is in the right place. I will always recommend them. God bless.
