Our Aunt has been a resident (family member) of Scr. Health Care Center just shy of a year. The love and respect that is shown to all the residents regardless of their needs is amazing. The Aides, Nurses, PT Department, Activities staff, Hair dresser and Maintenance team, go above and beyond when caring for the residents. The lines of communication are always open. From the start of Covid 19, Scranton Health Care immediately implanted safety protocols to ensure the health and well-being of their residents. I would not hesitate in recommending this small family like setting to anyone. May God Bless and Keep them Safe!

My Mom was recently at Scranton Health Care Center located at 2933 McCarthy Street Scranton PA. I cant say enough good about this facility. Lisa in Admissions is very down to earth and I felt very at ease talking with her and she answered all the questions I had so right off from the start I had a good feeling about the facility. She listened to any requests that I brought up regarding my Mom and made both the admissions and also when my Mom left to come home a smooth process. The nurses and aides were all wonderful and knew what was going on with my Mom at all times and always had a response to my questions. They put my Mom at ease and made her feel as much at home as possible. I would definitely recommend this facility as I have dealt with my share of nursing facilities and Scranton Health Care Center is one that I trust and felt they really care.
