the place is a dump. No Air Conditioning in the summer, it's cold in the building in the winter. The food is mostly inedible.The staff is difficult to locate in the building, but they are helpful when you find someone.

The staff does not treat my friend right the food is not good for diabetic the room that my friend is in is not the best the bed is so uncomfortable for her people in this facility is rude and disrespectful. There's been racial comments about my friend which the staff needs to take care instead of doing nothing about it there are bed bugs every where they do nothing about it this needs to stop someone needs to do something about this

The staff at Greenridge Manor assisted living are great. They take care of the residents with care. The residents get three meals and snack a day. The residents have quite the personality's. Residents may not be the happiest group of people to be around, they complain on a constant basis and over exaggerate, however the staff has not lost their minds and still continue on a daily basis to be there for the residents. All the residents are a diverse group of color and religion. The manor isn't the Bellagio, but the residents have exactly what they need.
