I had an interview back in 2019. Walked all way to Penn St in the sun for the Nursing Assistant to be double booked because staff was limited. Tried for a year to get a job only for this company to say I did not come to the interview. Lies. This place should be shut down. The women in there are not organized. I didn't know going so hard for employment would lead to rude individuals. Do not apply here.

Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. My mother is in the personal care program. There have been numerous times that she did not receive her medication on her scheduled time which is critical since she has Parkinson's disease. It sometimes takes up to an hour for an aide to answer a call bell. Many nights there is only one aide on a night shift to care for the residents. Shes been left in common areas because she was forgotten and she has to try to get back to her room by herself... shes in a wheelchair and has mobility issues. She has had her cellphone and cash taken from her apartment. Several clothing items have been lost and never returned. Unfortunately this facility is what she can afford so not many options out there.I have contacted the facility numerous times via voicemail and emails and only the head nurse has gotten back to me and that was after numerous requests. The facility director has never gotten back to me.
