A family member of mine was sent here for rehabilitation following a hip operation about three weeks ago. Being that we aren't local, we had frequent contact with the nurses because this family member was experiencing fits of delirium and one of the nurses had the audacity to say that this family member of mine was demonstrating 'attention-seeking behavior.' Well, this family member, a patient at your facility, will not be returning because she's dead as of this afternoon. I hope that your staff learns to prioritize a patient's care.

My father in law is currently a patient there for therapy. Within the first 24hrs.he fell out of bed. Said he was looking for the cat. Yes they have a cat in the facility. They went to put him in bed and didn't even know he was there for a broken femur they thought he could do everything for himself. called to get update on therapy after he had been there for five days. There were no therapy notes in chart or on computer. Asked what time he has therapy so I could come see what he does in therapy. They did not know. Asked what time the therapist comes in. They did not know. Every time a question is asked no one knows anything. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Therapy notes are noted in the therapy department but anyone should have known this when I called. And I am on the list to receive information concerning this patient.

Friend of mine there. Has to wait 30 min for someone to help her to bathroom. Got 1 cold waffle and ham that she is not allowed to eat for breakfast. Would not recommend having a family member stay. My friend hears them yelling at patients.
