We decided to dinner here on this Friday because it was their monthly Wing night. Great flavor choices, from the traditional hot Buffalo through garlic, ranch and even jalapeno pineapple, although I'd pass on the latter next time. The wings were of decent size, quite meaty, and at $9.99 per dozen, you really couldn't go wrong unless you picked a flavor you really wouldn't like.I tried the jalapeno pineapple. It sounded appealing. The sweetness of the pineapple to offset the heat of the pepper. However, they used crushed pineapple which made the wings a bit, well, mushy. Though I've never had it before, I would suggest replacing the crushed pineapple with just pineapple juice. The traditional hot hot the spot and is the flavor I always used to compare to other locations. It was very good. I've had better, but I've had much worse. The place filled up nicely as this seems to be a popular event each month. They have their do fries lined up just outside the venue, b front up a storm. I found that wise because it kept the fry exhaust out of the kitchen and out of the dining area. This VFW, as all VFWs, is a social membership club, which account for the low prices. If you are not a member, find a friend who is and have them invite you to join them for the next wing night. It's worth it
