The reviews that rave about this place must be from management or someone smoking crack. this place is a disgrace! some of the employees seem nice enough but overall I would rate it a zero. keep your loved ones away. No one wants to be in a home but this place is definitely the worst!

Ive worked in A few facilities over the last couple of years as a nurse this facility has been by far the greatest!we had a dog and pony show the other day it was HILARIOUS!!

They have a dialysis unit there, its very convenient right there by your bed so one wouldn't have to leave daily. its really clean and staff are super nice! everyone greets us with a smile when we come to visit grandma ;-)

My auntie is in the Alzheimer( ACU ) unit the place is great. the nurses and aides assigned to that unit are very understanding and REALLY CARE!! i highly recommend the phoenix center!
