They have no method of getting wheelchair bound people to first floor in the event of power outage. So when 100 degrees and lost their power elderly people cant leave without major stress on them. This has happened many times since my parents moved in. They need a generator! And a ramp so people can exit. This should not happen ever ....why raise money for new exercise machines when it is not safe? It is not safe for the elderly to be in that heat. What happens in a fire? Administrators were not available on a Sunday night. It was only out for a short time. But you never know. It was really stressful. The place is supposed to reduce peoples stress. That is why it is so expensive right?

The Assisted Living portion is fine. I would not recommend the Skilled Nursing. Seek out Keystone Care instead
