This is one of the best personal care homes. The administrator and staff are whole hearted and genuine, caring people. It may not be the fanciest, but it is very homey.

What a wonderful job theyve done with the COVID-19 epidemic. The parade that they had to celebrate was awesome. Keep it up Chandler! God bless all the wonderful employees that work there.

The owner APPROACHED ME with a deal to keep my Mother at Chandler at a reduced rate. In good faith, I believed a verbal assurance that the deal would be ongoing. She then abruptly terminated the agreement-inappropriately and unprofessionally bemoaning a loss of $150,000. Over the last 20 years, my Mother paid Chandler over $360,000! Also worth noting-the facility lost my Mother's $4000 hearing aides & replaced them with much cheaper ones. Due to the owner's false promise, my Mother who is 96 years old was forced to leave her home of the last 20 years. SHAME ON YOU JO!

This place is absolutely horrible. I would never ever put my parents in this home. The horrible things I hear about this place it should shut down. Its the chandler 4 so there must have been 3 other places but no where to be found why is that? Because they probably all got shut down like this one should.
