This company doesn't care about how their accounts are run and how the food is made for residents. I applied for a management position with more than enough experience . I was told I would get an interview. The companies district manager is so snowed by the compulsive liar of the director who's leaving I didn't get a chance. The food isn't prepared safely . I guess they care more about money not their residents

Im upset that Cura Hospitality, along with Elior, is so reluctant to commit to a policy that would put its customers health first. Theres no doubt Curas customers -- hospital patients and residents of senior living facilities -- need and want to be served healthy, whole foods like vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and fruits, which are known to promote wellness and prevent illness. We all want the best for our families. Cura, please offer more health-promoting foods and fewer foods that are known to cause disease.

Cura Hospitality provides meals for hospital patients and residents of senior living facilities--two populations that have a high need for nutritious food. The company refuses, however, to make a commitment to provide fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes to its consumers; instead it unhealthful meals that are high in fat, cholesterol and excess calories that do nothing to promote healing. Please change your policy and provide nutritious food as part of your service contracts.
