I`ve lived here almost two years It is great Oil City is the second cheapest town in Pa to live. The rent is based on income and is reasonable All utilities are included all you have to pay is tv and phone. Family Dollar is only a block away Other stores, banks, resturants, churches, library etc are a sh ort distance away but still walkable There is CATA and public bus service There is a laundromat in the building There is grocery delivery thru Aldis and drug delivery by Riteaid We also have Four Star and Pizza Hut delivery here. The apt itself was all redone when I moved in It is for handicap, which I am I really like my apt There are about ahundred apts here

My bff, who is handicapped at this time, 'moved in'today. She has NOTHING but an air mattress to sleep on. A lady, named Doris, came to our rescue tonight, giving us a pair of curtains, soap, toilet tissue, and other things as well as a few days worth of groceries! Bless this Doris. Such a NICE, HELPING ENVIRONMENT!
