Green Ridge Village

This is a very poor place to work toxic work environment horrible staff I worked here for 2 yrs between 2016-2018.. They harass the staff they have to constantly work because they can not keep ppl because of how poor the environment... They pay better than any where I worked I'm sure it's because it's the only way to keep the staff they have, they do not care about their staff or the residents in long term care. The neglect on all levels is baffling. Had a CNA say after 30 yrs of being one I didn't know we needed to bird bath our patients before bed!! The skin break down and the Smell of the patients in that section was discussing and still nothing was done about it!!!!!!! I wouldn't leave for at least an hr after my shift because the amount of work I would have to do to help these residents feel self worth in themselves to just be feel and smell clean. I finally chose to leave because I couldn't handle them turning a blind eye any longer I had created a bad work environment for myself trying to advocate for these helpless souls who deserved so much more. There were 3 ppl in that entire place who actually cared it was heartbreaking to work For This company. Finally got to the point that I had to leave for My well being!!!With the resignation letter I gave I would have expected some one any one to follow up with me and never no one did!!!! I would never bring a family member or friend here for skilled living the cottages are beautiful and if you can maintain your self not a bad place if you need skilled I would never ever recommend this to any one.. Bathrooms weren't cleaned between use they only show the rehab section when touring cause it's the only updated portion of the facility. Poor poor poor place to live or work! I've never had such a bad experience any where I have worked!! That says a lot in my 14 yrs of experience.. 5 other nursing homes a hospital and a doctors office and never have I ever experienced this!!!

It's quiet, staff is friendly.

Beautiful place with wonderful staff and the food is delicious
