I am really tired of how the staff treats the patients. Leaving them on the toilet for 45 minutes or more after leaving them sit for an hour or more waiting to go to the bathroom. When a patient asks a question, they act as if its a bother. I bet they would not like their loved ones treated like that. If you dont like what you do find something else. I work in healthcare and even if the girls in our office are having a bad day, you DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON patients or the family. If it werent for them you wouldnt have a job. They pay the bills.

I've made delivery here in the past and at the most recent one I was asked to wait in the front lobby. Next to me was a older female in a wheelchair. She was crying and couldn't stop shaking. She was trying to tell the staff she checked her sugar and it was 48. The staff just told her to hold on and ignored her the entire time and walked off somewhere leaving her there with me. I gave her a fun size milky way I had in my pocket and she could barely even open it. I had to keep talking to her to keep her focused. When they came to tend to me I drew a fit and pointed her out and it was only then they reacted to her which was a bit to late because she started having seizures. Before I left they were tending to her and said her sugar was 54. Not sure if this was a normal thing but it doesn't float in my book.
