This care center has treated my father with nothing but respect. They are very helpful with anything you need. They help you with all of the paperwork and call you every time there is an issue. No matter how small.I have had nothing but positive experiences with Harmon House and it's staff during our families needs...

If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. My aunt could actually die because of their straight up negligence. My mom called them to ask for an update, and her nurse 'Donna' claimed that it was her first day and passed responsibility to another nurse. My mom found out later from the owner that 'Donna' had been an employee for 10 years. My aunt is in critical condition because of them and they can't even take responsibility. Do not send anyone you care about to this place.

My 54 year old sister was admitted there from the hospital after surgery for a burst colon and blood infection to recover enough to return to her apartment. Two and a half months later she was admitted to the hospital from the nursing home in critical condition with an infected bed sore, urinary tract infection, sepsis, dehydrated, bad blood ph,. We had been telling them for weeks something was wrong and they told us it was just depression. They did nothing until she was coma like. Now she is fighting for her life.

I am in the local computer business in town I can personally tell you Ive sent my father there God rest his soul ..but because of this place he had to be life flighted again, the care that they provided its horrible. Ive watched staff members tell me nurses are no good, Ive watched an employee not lock a medication cart up which is all on record there I reported it Ive had to have my father go in worse condition After being at this place for a short. They forgot to put oxygen on him his nurse knows who she is.. . id be glad to show you the medical records and statements I have ...stop over my store, I could tell you I would never send my worst enemy to this place,if you love your member avoid it at all costs because of what I had to see my father go through nobody should had to, this place should be ashamed of their self. Because of my father I had the director tell me they now have protocols in place so this never happens again.I try to support local business every way and I gave them the chance and they let me down tremendously and my family this place should be shut down in my opinion. I worked in a lot of nursing homes and Harmon House is the best. They have made tremendous strides to improve the resident's quality of life. Staff, family, and friends should visit their Facebook page. The residents are well cared for and the picture prove how happy they truly are. Great job Harmon House. Keep up the good work.
