The apartments are awesome. Quiet area, schools near and a great small community. My reason for the one star was due to the staff. After speaking to the staff for about two weeks that we are a family coming from a different state, the apartment we wanted to apply for was given to someone else. Staff didn't even show us the apartment but the resident that was moving out did. When we went the next day to get the application, we were told that the apartment was given to a gentleman (who BTW lives alone) who had applied for a one bedroom but wanted the one we applied for which was a two. It left us angry and heart broken.

Best landlord I have ever had. Extremely well managed and prompt to complete repairs when needed. They really concern for the welfare and satisfaction of their tenants which is something you really dont get when renting nowadays.
