The admissions woman loves to embellish details about the facility and the room sizes only to have your loved one crammed into a room where theyll be ignored for most of the day because there arent enough staff to handle the needs of the residents. The majority of the buildings population would be better suited for a skilled nursing facility. Residents have escaped from whats supposed to be a secure unit. Theres a serious lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in residents diets. The kitchen looks grimy and I have never seen a staff member wear a hair net. The main receptionist at the front desk is particularly nasty to residents, staff, and can be heard bad mouthing families, vendors, and basically anyone who walks in the front door. This place needs a lot of work.

Do not send your loved ones here. This place will turn on them at the drop of a dime. Garbage owners and workers, I wouldn't let me dog stay at a place like this let alone a family member. You people make me sick
