The live-in management gave no flexibility to my father, who was failing in health, while frantically searching for a new facility. On NUMEROUS occasions, they insisted I jump on demand, but it wasnt even closely reciprocated. I was not even notified when my father didnt appear for meals for 3-4 days! The also took advantage of my father financially because of their negligence to identify property. The food was sub-satisfactory. Overall, I was disappointed with their cooperation when I, personally, accommodated above and beyond to their multiple, immediate, and very expensive demands.
