Lovely campus and wonderful, caring staff members. In a 35-year health care career, I have had the opportunity to visit literally hundreds of nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. There is not a single entity that matches Bethany Village.

Great for active and non active seniors. My mother lives here. Took 3 years to get in. Lots of short trips, bus is always available. If you have any breathing issues, the air conditioning is turned off in October, and back on in April. Living on 6th floor was hard for my mom without air conditioning. They were kind and she was placed on a list for 1st floor per physician script.

I was treated very rudely yesterday by a A African American aide staff member on the assisted living side. I was visiting a family friend and asked for a few towels and never got a snippy reply and Never got it. She also questioned why my friends needed these items. I have never come across such a rude person since Ive been visiting here for years. My friend pays thousands of dollars a month to live here and this is unacceptable. I know I hear they have trouble staffing this place but this is ridiculous and I may contact the BBB on her behalf. Out of fear of retaliation I will not post her name. She has had nothing but problems with this aide as well she can barely understand her. I had better expectations for Bethany Village.
