Never lived there but I know that it uses section 8. I think it's really funny that every time somebody wants to take a picture of Kish apartments they take a picture of the wrong building the picture on top of this website is of ellsessers apartment building. Kish apartments is a lot bigger and stands behind ellsessers apartment building. This mistake has been going on since I was a kid.
